On Wednesday 15th June, Trixie trishaw was showing her moves at Hazel Grove Court Care Home in Saltburn. Although we didn’t go down by the sea during this visit, we still had a nice ride around the local area, which I think was enjoyed by all who went out with us.
While there we took several residents and a few members of staff out for rides around the local community so that they could feel and see first hand what we do and why pilots and passengers alike always come back with smiles on their faces after experiencing a trishaw ride.
Some of the residents weren’t too sure at first but with a little support and encouragement many were happy to climb aboard and once we got out on the road their smiles came out and the chat was lively and engaging.
We hope to see our new friends again soon!
