On Friday 9th December, Trixie Trishaw and the CWAStockton team again had the important duty of safely transporting Santa Claus to another Christmas event, this time at Billingham Environmental Link Programme, Low Grange Community Centre, Billingham.
Trixie and Co collected Santa Claus at 10:30am and safely rode along the lengthy Low Grange Avenue towards the Community Centre, sending seasons greetings to passers by including those in vehicles!
Once we arrived at BELP, we were welcomed by the staff and party-goers who came outside for photographs and trishaw rides around the car park. Ukulele players sang festive songs and the team had an opportunity to meet with staff and representatives from local organisations including staff from Billingham Town Council.
We safely transported Santa Claus away from the Centre and he kindly agreed to stop to have his photograph taken with some local children.
We had a wonderful time celebrating with the attendees at the BELP Christmas party and hope to meet everyone again in the near future.
